Too often, presentations are used as a cheat note. The same structure; opening slide with title, date and logo, introduction, agenda items and bullets! Of course, that is not that surprising. After all, we have been taught to do it that way ever since we went to school. A presentation is meant for your audience. It is possible for everyone to create an effective and attractive ‘next level presentation’. We do have to break with the set, standard patterns! Time and effort are precious, you have the responsibility to handle this well! To create real impact, the presentation has to be a complete experience. Interesting content and catching delivery in a surprising shape (design) is essential to hold people’s attention and create memories.
